The company, F.LLI RODAR Snc was founded in 1971 as a blacksmith workshop by the brothers Enzo and Franco Rodar. They worked in the basement of their own home. At that time, they got together with 2 of their employees to set up a company and produce aluminium door and window frames.
In 1987, the Rodar brothers decided to make a new product to meet market demands. Some years later, thanks to the assistance of Metra - a leading producer and distributor of aluminium frames - the current Aelle 70 system was produced. It comprises aluminium frames, under the exclusive rights of Metra, combined with varnished wooden frames. Currently, they have 15 employees.
