F.lli Rodar Snc provides a sales guarantee of 2 years from the invoice date for all manufacturing defects, including accessories and components.

F.lli Rodar Snc programmes requested maintenance operations directly with its Customers.

The guarantee is no longer valid after mishandling, the absence of routine maintenance operations, incorrect use of the frame (e.g. applying protective film or similar systems to windows without our prior authorization) and/or following any operations carried out by unauthorized personnel.

Once the work has been concluded, to keep routine and supplementary maintenance operations to a minimum, F.lli Rodar Snc supplies its Customers with an “Instruction and Warning Booklet”, which includes all the precautions required for correctly using aluminium or aluminium-wooden frames.
